leaf banner




i thought i would finally share a few picks of the banner i made from my leaf poundings before it gets tucked away for the season. i strung buckeyes in between the pennants. i do love how the prints turned out but pounding them was a lot of work!

i have since seen this and been inspired. she tapes the leaf down with packing tape and then rubs it with a pencil to transfer the image. so much easier! i will give this method a try next autumn.
